About RJW
A local land clearance business you can count on
Practical, responsible work on land across Southampton and the wider Hampshire area.
Who we are
Hampshire land clearance and agricultural contracting
RJW Agriculture & Land Clearance is based in Hedge End, just outside Southampton. We help farmers, landowners, developers and smallholders across Hampshire bring neglected land back under control and keep working ground in good order.
From clearing an overgrown plot to topping pasture, mulching scrub or fencing a freshly cleared boundary, we take on the practical jobs that keep land usable. We bring the right machinery, work safely and tidily, and leave the ground ready for whatever you have planned.
We believe in being easy to deal with: a free visit to see the job, a clear written quote with no obligation, and honest advice about what a site really needs. New customers get 10% off their first job with us.
How we work
The principles behind every job
A few simple commitments that shape how we treat your land and your time.
Do the job properly
We would rather do a thorough job once than a quick one twice. Land is cleared, ground is left tidy and the work is finished to a standard we are happy to put our name to.
Straight talking
We tell you what a job really involves, quote it clearly and flag anything that needs checking, such as protected trees or regulated watercourses, rather than pressing on regardless.
Respect the land
Clearing land does not mean wrecking it. We work with the nesting season, mulch rather than burn where we can and leave the ground in a state you can build on.
Local and dependable
We are a Hampshire business serving Hampshire people. Turning up when we say we will and being easy to deal with matters as much as the work itself.
