The size of the area
How much land there is to clear or work, measured on site.
The condition of the ground
Light regrowth is quick; mature scrub, stumps and roots take more time and heavier machinery.
What you want done with the material
Chipping and spreading on site usually costs less than carting everything away for disposal.
Access and ground conditions
How easily machinery can reach and move around the site affects the time a job takes.
